We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our recruiting team and support a multinational software company that delivers financial, accounting, and tax-preparation solutions for individuals, small businesses, and accounting professionals. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the talent relationship management process, with a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing and identifying top-tier talent. The position is 100% remote, working from a home office. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in sourcing strategy, a proven ability to attract high-caliber candidates, and a collaborative, partnership-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting with a strong strategic approach, including proactive sourcing, advanced screening, interviewing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and post-hire follow-up, with a focus on recruiting tax professionals and related technical talent
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top-tier tax professionals in highly competitive and niche talent markets
Build, manage, and influence strong partnerships with hiring managers by providing market insights, talent intelligence, and strategic hiring recommendations specific to tax and accounting roles
Support employment branding efforts by effectively communicating company culture, values, and benefits, while addressing candidate questions and concerns related to tax, accounting, and professional services careers
Drive an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding
Maintain high standards of organization, attention to detail, and process ownership across the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong foundation in strategic recruiting
- Proven strategic sourcing expertise across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and niche sourcing channels
- Strong ability to proactively source, engage, and “sell” opportunities to top talent in competitive markets
- Demonstrated experience navigating and vetting candidate objections related to compensation, role scope, culture, benefits, and career growth
- Strategic, proactive sourcing mindset with the ability to identify, target, and recruit talent from competitor organizations
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
