Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine system issues on golf carts, and other small utility vehicles
- Conduct repairs including engine overhauls, brake replacements, suspension adjustments, electrical wiring repairs, welding, soldering, and assembly of vehicle components
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle parts with precision and care
- Troubleshoot basic vehicle problems such as engine performance issues, electrical faults, suspension concerns, and mechanical failures
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire replacements, and general vehicle servicing to ensure optimal performance
- Use electrical diagnostics to identify wiring issues or electronic component failures in complex systems
- Assist with heavy lifting and mechanical system repairs that require strength and technical expertise while adhering to safety standards
- Ability to Build Custom golf carts with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 Years experience working on golf carts.
- Proven dealership experience or service technician background in automotive or powersports repair environments
- Extensive hands-on experience with small engine systems repair and diagnostics
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including suspension, brakes, electrical wiring, welding, soldering, and assembly processes
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools for automotive diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to repair all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), and powersports engines with confidence
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures such as basic troubleshooting, brake repair, suspension adjustments, and engine overhauls and electric motor rebuilds
- Ability to operate golf cart or similar powersports equipment safely for testing purposes
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools in a fast-paced repair setting
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs needed or completed
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and working in various environmental conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Basic Computer skills needed for repair order data entry

Pay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour
