Position Details
- Location: On-site at our expanding learning clinic in Oakland, CA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM (or 1- 7 PM)
*With opportunities for hybrid/remote work and flexibility in schedule on Fridays
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and supportive clinic environment
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail
- Oversee new family inquiries
- Manage expenses and payments
- Provide administrative and technical support to clinicians, including scheduling
- Develop and oversee operational systems, policies, and procedures
- Assist with hiring: screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and onboard new clinicians
- Manage digital marketing efforts (website updates, content creation, email newsletters)
- Support networking and outreach to allied professionals
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Education and the CEO on business development initiatives
- Assist in monthly payroll reports and prepare client invoices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Health clearance and DOJ background check
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Experience in administration, and/or marketing, or sales
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
- Familiarity with payroll or timesheet systems
- Experience with client management platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Experience with website design (ex: WordPress)
- Experience with digital marketing and/or sales

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation $32/hr to start
