$1000 Hiring Bonus after 30 work days
- Full time employed position (Not a sub-contractor job)
- 18.00 hourly during training ($16.00 after plus production bonus, monthly gas & auto allowances ) Average hourly earnings are $22.00- $25.00 an hour

Resurfacing Company--Working in the Apartment industry since 1990.
Duties include:
Painting for resurfacing. Cleaning, preparing, chemical striping, sanding for resurfacing in Apartment Communities. Resurface painting tubs, showers, tile walls, counter-tops and cabinets. Requires wearing respirator and other protective gear for safety. Cleaning site after work is complete.
Job requirements:
- -Must be 21 years old
- -Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- -Can lift 50 pounds
- -Dependable, detail oriented, hands-on service, hard worker
- - Personal vehicle for work Required (local travel, truck preferred)
- -Drug free environment- Drug testing required
- -Must pass drug and background check. No Felonies
