Job Summary
We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner Service Coordinator to oversee and support some of our NPs across different skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). You'll use dashboards and reporting data to monitor performance, spot trends, and take action.
What You'll Do:
- Review team dashboards regularly to track rounding schedules, facility coverage, timesheets, and billing documentation — flagging and resolving issues before they become problems.
- Interpret data trends to identify scheduling gaps, coverage imbalances, or documentation issues, and adjust accordingly.
- Ensure NPs stay compliant with protocols, documentation standards, and billing accuracy.
- Serve as a bridge between NPs and facility staff, resolving conflicts and maintaining strong relationships.
- Support hiring: interview candidates, assist with credentialing, and lead new hire orientation and shadowing.
- Identify training or resource gaps across the team and provide solutions to improve efficiency and documentation quality.
What You Bring:
- Experience in the SNF or long-term care space (required)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills — comfortable reviewing dashboards, reports, and data to guide decisions (required)
- Comfortable picking up new software quickly
- Proven ability to get up to speed fast (required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead or supervise a team
- Expert in HIPAA compliance and data security
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- No specific EMR or software experience required — we'll train the right person on our systems and tools.
Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
