The Receptionist is responsible for politely greeting visitors at the front desk, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately. Answering any questions customers have over the phone, email, or in person, making copies, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
Must work well with others and have good communication skills
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening prior to employment
