Your mission as an Entry Level Sales Manager is simple: to provide trusted representation for the brands we partner with while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Through our hands-on training program, you'll learn the foundations of sales, leadership, team development, and business operations. Every manager on our team starts at the entry level, gaining experience in marketing, coaching, training, and developing team members before taking on greater leadership responsibilities.
Entry Level Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Represent AT&T products and services through professional customer interactions and accurate sales transactions
- Build customer relationships and recommend wireless products and service plans
- Assist with account setup, service enrollments, upgrades, and account support
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, sales offers, and service options
- Learn to coach, mentor, and support new team members through hands-on leadership training
- Assist with training initiatives while developing leadership and management skills
- Maintain accurate customer records and process account information
- Collaborate with sales team members to drive results and create a positive team environment
- Stay up to date on AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Participate in ongoing training while working toward individual, team, and leadership goals
Entry Level Sales Manager Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, leadership, or account management is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, professional, and goal-oriented attitude
- Desire to grow into a leadership or management role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
