Overview
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our Organic Life role. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service with experience in restaurant and/or school setting. The Kitchen Staff will play a vital role in preparing and serving meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of food safety standards, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Assist with food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed to meet safety regulations
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe school environment
Experience
- Previous experience in food service and restaurant is preferred
- Experience with food preparation, cooking, or culinary tasks is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques is essential
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team are important qualities for success in this role
Incentive
- Monday through Friday (No weekends!)
- Hours are 7:30am to 1:00pm
