With an immediate start available, we’re looking for motivated individuals eager to launch their marketing career. While previous experience in customer-facing roles like sales, promotions, or customer service is a plus, no prior marketing experience is required – comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed!
Role & Responsibilities:
As an Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in both promoting and marketing our client's products and services, as well as directly interacting with potential customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing a client within the charities and fundraising industry in retail stores, shopping malls, trade shows, and promotional events across Atlanta
- Creating awareness and generating interest in our clients' products and services through in-person marketing
- Engaging with potential customers, building relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
- Conducting live product demonstrations and presentations (depending on the client)
- Assisting with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Mastering the details of the brand’s offerings and competitor products to confidently inform customers
- Addressing customer questions in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an excellent experience
- Managing customer registrations, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records
- Tracking customer interactions, sales performance, and preparing daily reports to share valuable feedback with clients
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new marketing strategies to improve brand visibility
- Helping maintain and update marketing materials and presentations to ensure they align with client needs
