Flexible Assignment Options & Competitive Fees
You choose which assignments to accept based on your availability and preferences. No volume requirements.
Pay: $95.00 - $175.00; dependent upon assignment type.
Compensation is set per completed report, not hourly.

Most assignments are completed through Toolkit, our proprietary valuation platform. It brings together field-verified data, MLS, and public records into a structured, consistent workflow designed to reduce revisions and improve efficiency.
Diverse Product Mix
Work across a range of assignment types including desktop appraisals, hybrids, HELOCs, investor portfolios, and rental valuations.
Reliable, Fast Payment
Payments are issued via ACH within 7 days of report completion. No invoicing or follow-up required.
Support When You Need It
Access live Operations support and optional one-on-one guidance to help you navigate assignments or refine your process.
Appraiser Dashboard
Track assignment status and payment history through a centralized dashboard.
