Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the firm's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and a passion for creating a seamless candidate experience.
Primary Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles.

Attract and engage top talent to meet organizational hiring needs.

Sourcing candidates via resume databases, job boards, and other talent channels.

Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with role and culture.

Partner with team members to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Point of contact for the ATS in the HRIS system.

Salary Range:
The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $25/hr. - $35/hr. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
