Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Serve as point of contact for property managers, contractors, city officials, and internal teams.
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and project timelines.
- Prepare and submit permits, purchase orders, and documentation to ensure compliance.
- Maintain and manage accurate records and data entry including inspection reports, punch lists, and damage claims.
- Support hiring processes by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and client-relations abilities.
- Proficient with scheduling, documentation, and data management.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and solution-focused.
- Experience with purchase order entry and expense tracking preferred.
