Customer Service Representative — HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical

About Us
Anderson's is a growing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company serving Missoula and the surrounding Bitterroot Valley. We're looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers and a key link between the office, dispatch, and our technicians in the field.
What You'll Do
-Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and service requests
-Schedule and coordinate service appointments in partnership with the dispatcher, balancing technician availability with customer needs
-Communicate with office staff to make sure customer accounts, invoices, and follow-ups are handled accurately and on time
-Follow up with customers on estimates, appointment confirmations, and satisfaction after service calls
-Enter and maintain accurate customer information in ServiceTitan
-Help resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team member
-Support membership/maintenance plan enrollment and renewals
-Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
-Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-Comfortable learning scheduling/dispatch software (ServiceTitan experience a plus, not required)
-Prior customer service, dispatch, or office experience preferred
-Trades industry experience is a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right person
-Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling systems, data entry)
-A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
