About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will drive production excellence by operating advanced machinery to create high-quality components, ensuring that every part meets rigorous engineering standards while contributing to our overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise setups and operation of CNC lathes, mills, and grinders to meet strict tolerance requirements.

Analyze complex technical blueprints and CAD models to translate design specifications into finished physical products.

Select and calibrate appropriate tooling and fixtures to optimize machine performance and output quality.

Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision instrumentation like micrometers and CMM equipment to verify compliance.

Perform proactive equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure consistent manufacturing throughput.

Partner with engineering staff to refine machining workflows and reduce cycle times for improved productivity.

Maintain a high standard of workplace safety and organization to support a secure and efficient production environment.

Document all production metrics, including material consumption and output logs, to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent educational background.

2-3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC and manual machining equipment.

Demonstrated ability to interpret detailed technical drawings and industrial blueprints.

Proficiency with precision measuring tools and standard quality control methodologies.

Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Physical capability to stand for long durations and lift up to 50 pounds.

Technical certification or associate degree in machining or manufacturing technology.

Working knowledge of G-code and CNC programming logic.

Prior experience with forklift operation or relevant industrial certifications.
