We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Worcester. This flexible opportunity allows you to provide high-quality therapy services while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.
Position Responsibilities:

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and safety
-
Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies to maximize resident independence

Collaborate with PTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to coordinate resident care
-
Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
-
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required
