At The Peach Cobbler Factory-Bradenton, a Closing and Weekend Shift Lead directs daily operations when the Assistant Manager of Operations, Front Edn and Community Outreach or the Director of Operations are absent. Responsibilities include guiding team members, preparing desserts to brand specifications, executing end-of-day cash reconciliation, and ensuring the store is spotless and fully restocked for the next day.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements:
Store Leadership: Open or close the store securely, direct team members, and ensure breaks and shift changes are handled appropriately.
Dessert Production: Follow exact recipes to prepare cobblers, puddings, and other menu items while meeting brand quality and presentation standards. [
Customer Service: Welcome guests, quickly process payments on the Point of Sale (POS) system, and resolve any customer complaints with a positive attitude.
Cleanliness & Closing: Transition the store from peak hours to a fully cleaned state. This includes washing dishes, sanitizing prep areas, and completing late-night online orders before securing the building.
Inventory & Stocking: Monitor stock levels, receive supply deliveries, and ensure all grab-and-go products are stocked on the floor.
Cash Management: Reconcile cash registers, prepare bank deposits, and handle safe drops.
Requirements of Position:
- Age: Generally 18 years or older.

Availability: Must be available to work extended night shifts (some shifts extending past midnight to handle late-night deliveries) and weekends as needed.

Experience: Prior food service and cash-handling experience is preferred.
- Previous experience leading or supervising staff is a major asset.
