We make our own breads, desserts, We are looking for the right person to join our Dinner Crew. Our kitchen is a fantastic location to learn about cooking techniques to grow ones skill. We specialize in cooking with a wood fire grill and our custom smoker. We have a seasonal menu and constantly change our offerings to continue our growth. We smoke meats daily, bake out own breads, make our desserts, wash local lettuces, and do not cook out of bags.
Must have a positive attitude and team oriented. Will need to learn and prepare recipes according to our standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Must be professional with equipment and other staff. Must be able to keep pace with an ever changing menu and kitchen.
