We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based ABA program. This position is hybrid requiring some in-person time and ideal for BCBAs seeking flexibility and a sustainable workload.
We prioritize ethical, compassionate ABA while maintaining reasonable billable expectations and strong administrative support.

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support BTs/RBTs
- Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Review data and make clinical decisions
- Maintain documentation in compliance with insurance and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (or newly certified)
- Licensed in Connecticut or Eligible for Connecticut licensure
- Experience with early childhood ABA preferred (training provided)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay: $85,000.00 - $98,500.00 per year
