About the position...
The Dishwasher cleans and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware. This role overall, helps maintains the cleanliness of the entire kitchen to ensure a safe and healthy area for meals that are being prepared for members and guests.
- Washes dishes, pots, plans, etc. in dish machine or by hand.
- Assists in stocking and rotating of incoming products.
- Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
- Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
- Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk in shelving, steam tables, and hoods and exhaust system.
- Maintains sanitation standards in assigned areas.
- Sweeps and mops floors.
What we are looking for from you...
- Experience in a kitchen or commercial dishwashing is highly preferred
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
- Must be able to work varying weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry dishware for periods of time
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn!
- Must have regular and reliable transportation
