Consulting Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) – Flexible Schedule | OKC Area

Sponamore Nutrition Solutions, a locally owned nutrition consulting company, is expanding our team of Registered Dietitians in the Oklahoma City area.
We partner with healthcare communities across the metro and surrounding areas, including long-term care, assisted and independent living, ICF facilities, and hospitals. We are looking for an RD/RDN who is comfortable working independently and wants more control over when and how much they work.
This is not a traditional Monday–Friday position. Assignments are based on facility needs and your availability, making this an excellent opportunity for an RD looking for supplemental income, a consistent part-time schedule, or occasional consulting work.

What You'll Do
As a consulting dietitian, you will provide nutrition services to assigned healthcare facilities. Your work may include:
- Performing comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments
- Providing Medical Nutrition Therapy
- Identifying residents and patients at nutritional risk
- Developing nutrition recommendations and interventions
- Participating in interdisciplinary care planning
- Providing nutrition education to residents, patients, staff, and facility teams
- Supporting facilities in meeting applicable nutrition-related regulatory requirements
- Communicating effectively with nursing, dietary, medical, and administrative teams

Requirements
- Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
- Oklahoma dietitian license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to facilities within the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding communities
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage assignments independently
Previous long-term care experience is helpful but not required. Training and onboarding are provided.
Schedule & Location
Assignments are located throughout the Oklahoma City metro area and nearby communities. Scheduling varies based on facility needs and your availability, with opportunities ranging from occasional coverage to recurring weekly assignments.
Compensation: $35.00–$40.00 per hour
