We are looking for a precise, detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be the final line of defense for our product standards, overseeing everything from in-process inspections to final certifications and quality reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Inspection: Perform detailed in-process and final inspections, auditing parts to ensure they meet exact customer specifications.
- Testing & Tooling: Safely operate specialized testing and support equipment, including Rockwell and Brinell hardness testers, cut-off saws, grinders, and sanders.
- Certification & Reporting: Verify and certify orders, compiling extensive quality reports and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Blueprint & Document Mastery: Read and interpret blueprints while managing a flawless "paperwork trail" for all tested materials.
- Standards & Safety: Follow and help establish written procedures for quality control, emergency protocols, and machine operations while maintaining an immaculate workspace.
What You Bring
- Technical Aptitude: Proven experience reading blueprints and a strong history of high-accuracy documentation.
- Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work confidently without constant supervision.
- Physical Strength: Ability to safely handle and lift heavy parts up to 75 lbs regularly during inspection processes.
- Reliability: A rock-solid history of excellent attendance and a clean, consistent work record.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
