Residential Cleaning Technician

Bella Clean is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our growing team!

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential cleaning according to Bella Clean’s standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other household spaces.
- Clean mirrors, interior glass, countertops, appliances, and other surfaces.
- Maintain neat and organized spaces throughout each home.
- Safely and properly use cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
- Follow company procedures, checklists, and quality standards.
- Work efficiently with your team to complete homes on schedule.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and coworkers.
- Help maintain company equipment and supplies in good condition.
Qualifications
- Previous residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We provide paid training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Pay: $400.00 - $800.00 per week
