AirGarage is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Use a mobile app to scan and verify vehicle license plates
-
Ticket vehicles that are not in compliance

Identify and flag vehicles requiring towing based on lot policies
-
Provide feedback through the app on lot conditions and user experience

Proactively identify, document, and report operational, safety, or maintenance issues to management
Schedule & Availability:
-
Shift is for: 6:00 PM – 12:00 PM, Monday - Saturday.
Qualifications:

Valid drivers license & reliable transportation

Comfortable working outdoors in any weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

iOS or Android device with basic smartphone proficiency
- Prior experience in customer service, security, enforcement, or facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required
