Job Title: Class A CDL Driver/Heavy Equipment Operator
Summary: Employee will operate several different types of heavy equipment including backhoe, skid steer, excavator, forklift, articulating loader, hydro excavator, super sucker vac truck, grout truck, and dump truck.
This position will require working Monday-Friday with weekend availabilty, as well as being able to take calls outside of normal business hours, and ability to deliver or drive anywhere in the East Texas/ North Louisiana.
Responsibilities will include:
-Inspects, Maintains, Drives, Logs, and is in charge of Operating company vehicles and heavy equipment on customer locations.
-Responsible for ensuring safe operation of equipment.
-Must be able to accurately log and maintain records.
-Inspect, clean and maintain equipment before, during, and after the job to ensure equipment is ready for the next job.
Heavy equipment operations include:
-Driving & operating backhoes for location cleanup.
-Driving & operating articulating loaders to load and unload equipment.
-Driving & operating hydrovac trucks to suck out and clean cellars, frac tanks, and mud tanks.
-Driving & operating grout trucks for cellars on location.
-Driving & operating dump trucks.
-Acting as a delivery driver to load, secure, unload and deliver orders to customer locations.
MUST HAVE:
A good attitude, ability to interact with customers on location in a professional manner.
Class A CDL, heavy equipment operating experience, strong mechanical abilities, troubleshooting abilities, problem solver, available, dependable, on time, reliable transportation, can follow directions, and be professional on location.
Preferred Qualifications:
Detailed Oriented
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions/directions
Experience locating and delivering to rig sites
Experience using heavy machinery on rig sites
Knowledge of oilfield drilling equipment and supplies
Able to drive a vehicle that is pulling a trailer
Required Qualifications:
No more than 2 minor moving violations within the past 3 years.
Must possess valid Class-A CDL license
Knowledge of aforementioned equipment
