Job Summary

Duties
- Safely operate and drive the food truck to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the food truck station, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
- Greet guests warmly as a host, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about menu offerings.
- Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to maintain a clean, inviting dining environment.
- Handle food service responsibilities such as serving food, refilling beverages, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness by regularly sanitizing work surfaces, utensils, and dining areas in compliance with health standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address customer needs efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering events.
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks including cleaning, bussing tables, and assisting with setup or breakdown of service stations.
