Maintain and repair automated equipment in a distribution facility, including conveyors, sorters, robotics, and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, complete preventive maintenance, and help keep equipment running efficiently.

Repair and troubleshoot conveyors, sorters, robotics, and material handling equipment

Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime

Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment

Use CMMS software to track work orders and maintenance activities

Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment issues

Assist with preventative maintenance planning and equipment improvements

Work with operations teams to keep equipment running safely and efficiently

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Train and support junior maintenance technicians as needed
-
Lift up to 49 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
-
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
-
2+ years of experience working on conveyors, material handling equipment, or automated systems
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience with preventive maintenance programs
-
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
-
Experience using CMMS systems
-
Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed

Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment

Conveyor maintenance experience

Knowledge of automated equipment and control systems

Experience training or mentoring other technicians
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced automated facility

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
