Williquors is now hiring part time weekends! We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Part-Time Liquor Store Associate to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and experience in retail sales. This position offers an opportunity to develop retail and customer service skills in a dynamic environment. Must be available Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming for customers
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional etiquette
- Assist in product knowledge sharing to promote sales and customer satisfaction
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cashiering procedures
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to upsell products effectively and confidently
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, and retail sales techniques
- Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and team members professionally
