Job Requirements
Experience: Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (sawmill, lumber, or heavy industrial setting preferred).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of lumber manufacturing equipment, optimization software, and safety culture.
Skills: Proven problem-solving, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Physical Demands: Ability to work in a continuous manufacturing mill environment, walk/stand for long hours, and endure temperature variations.
