Position Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests
- Answer calls, take messages as needed
- Complete return forms
- Order entry
- Update sales with order status
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- All general office duties
- Excellent Phone skills a must
- Fast paced environment -must be organized
- Manage our social media accounts
- Daily postings on social media
- Updating Inventory
- Entering of Invoices , Audit of Invoices, and Reconcile invoice to Inventory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
