About the Position
As a Sales Representative, it will be your responsibility to build relationships with homeowners to reach internal sales goals. This position will also contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent time management and verbal communication skills. Prior knowledge of the home improvement industry and experience in sales is strongly encouraged.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
· Driver’s License – clean driving record and reliable automotive insurance
· Background check required
· Knowledge of home improvement construction processes and procedures
· Knowledge and experience with implementing effective sales techniques

Job Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Generate leads by canvassing, cold calling, and referrals
· Attend to company assigned leads as provided
· Maintain communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives
· Cultivate customer relationships in regard to both residential and commercial projects
· Take measurements and utilize industry software to create and issue accurate estimates
· Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
· Navigate details of insurance paperwork and guide customers in working with insurance claims for restoration projects
· Assist customers in applying for financing as needed
· Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
· Meet or exceed personal and company sales goals
· Utilize company CRM for communications, contacts, accounts, quotes etc.
· Actively participate in required sales meetings
· Comply with company policy and all quality and safety regulations
· Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission only
- Uncapped commission
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Paradise, PA 17562: Relocate before starting work (Required)
