Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist teammates to ensure an excellent guest experience
- Handle and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with state and restaurant guidelines
- Develop knowledge of the menu, including sushi ingredients, fish types, and ramen broth options, to answer guest questions confidently
- Handle payments and follow restaurant policies
Schedule:
- Full-time and Part-time hours available!
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
About Us:
At Ramen Mura, our mission is to serve delicious and nourishing food your whole family can enjoy. Our menu features both authentic Japanese ramen and fresh sushi, prepared with care and high-quality ingredients.
Our chefs prepare nine signature ramen broths, each simmered for over 16 hours to develop deep, complex flavors from organic and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. In addition to our ramen and sushi selections, we also feature Japanese appetizers made to harmonize with our signature ramen and sushi offerings.

Ramen/Sushi Mura operates several locations across Orange County which includes Tustin, Orange, Santa Ana, Buena Park, and Stanton. Team members have the option to work at any location that best fits their area or schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
