We are an established Timeshare Resort group seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our resort team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule: M – 10a-7p, T - 10a-7p, W & Th - off, F - 11a-8p, Sa - 10a-7p, Su - 10a-7p
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
Issue room keys.
Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
Have knowledge of surrounding areas and activities.
Answer phones in a courteous manner (e.g. switchboard, house phones, etc.).
Check in/out guests according to set procedures in a courteous manner.
Book and confirm reservations.
Accurately receive and process monies according to set procedures (e.g. deposits, charges, banks).
Filing.
Dispatch maintenance and housekeeping requests.
Keep Resort Desk area in a neat and orderly manner.
Compile all daily report information.
Able to work flexible work schedules, which may include opening and closing.
Promotion and sale of resort merchandise.
Actively seek to successfully resolve any guest concerns.
Assist in the function and operation of resort activities.
Have knowledge of office machines (e.g. basic computer knowledge, copy machine, etc.).
Conduct scheduled activity events for owners and guests as directed by management.
Any other tasks as determined by management.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Experience:
