We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations across our growing organization.

The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative and employee support across a variety of HR functions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, solving problems, and helping create a positive employee experience.
The successful candidate will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee communications, personnel records, and employee engagement initiatives while supporting the overall HR function.
Recruiting & Hiring Support
Post and maintain job advertisements

Review applications and assist with candidate communication

Schedule interviews

Coordinate pre-employment requirements

Assist with recruiting initiatives and hiring events

Onboarding & Employee Support
Prepare onboarding paperwork and materials

Coordinate new hire orientation

Conduct new hire follow-up check-ins

Assist employees with routine questions

Support employee communication efforts

HR Administration
Maintain personnel files and employee records
-
Process employee updates and changes in HR systems
-
Assist with benefits enrollment and administration

Track training requirements and certifications
-
Prepare reports and documentation as needed

Employee Engagement & Culture
Assist with employee recognition programs

Support company events and engagement initiatives

Visit store locations periodically
-
Help maintain positive employee relationships

Support morale-building efforts throughout the organization

Additional Duties
Assist with performance review administration

Support compliance-related projects

Coordinate employee notices and communications

Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned

Prior administrative, office, customer service, recruiting, or HR experience required

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Experience with ADP or HR software is a plus, but not required
