Job Summary
Fellah Auto Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Special Finance/Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry and possess strong sales and special finance skills. This role involves engaging with customers, training sales people to comply with your process, obtaining approvals from banks, 48-72 hour turnaround on funding. You will be responsible in overseeing all aspects of the store from leads to funding. Successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to sales.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their automotive needs.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting our range of vehicles and services.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to build rapport with banks to get favorable approvals.
- Select vehicles that work best for the approval, customer and generates gross.
- Upsell additional products and services that complement the vehicle purchase.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences to help improve inventory selection.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and/or special finance or a related field is required.
- Strong outbound sales skills with a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in math for calculating financing options, payments, and other relevant figures.
- Ability to effectively upsell products while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Experience in sales or cold calling is advantageous.
- Self-starter with positive energy and can do spirit.
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping clients find the right vehicle.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
