Dulles Health & Rehab Center, in Herndon,VA, has an opportunity for a dynamic RN Unit Manager to join our team of caring compassionate caregivers.
You will:
- Coordinate, manage and evaluate resident care and unit operations
- Help lead our nursing team to provide exceptional care
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Current RN license in good standing in VA

Experience in Long Term Care preferred

Exceptional leadership, clinical and customer service skills

Strong commitment to resident centered care and innovative care delivery

Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively
- CPR Certification
