Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing campaigns to promote our organization’s products and services
- Engage with community members through friendly, professional conversations to inform and educate
- Collect feedback and gather information to support outreach strategies
- Utilize effective communication skills to negotiate and persuade potential supporters or clients
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, including responses and follow-up needs
- Coordinate with team members to ensure coverage of assigned areas and meet outreach goals
- Represent the organization positively at all times, demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm
Experience
- Strong background in marketing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Experience in door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or fundraising highly desirable
- Bilingual abilities are a valuable asset for engaging diverse communities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build rapport quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience in community outreach or public relations is beneficial
