Kelsey Darcy Boudoir is a woman-owned luxury boudoir studio. Our clients are women, and this role works closely with them through an intimate, personal experience.
We are on the search for the perfect PART TIME Studio Coordinator. Candidates must be:
- 18+ years old (and out of high school)
- Driven and Type A. You'll use our systems, run on a schedule, and you get things done without being asked twice
- Organized and detail-obsessed
- Professional
- Possess exemplary communication skills
- Personable & fun with clients
- Sales background preferred
What you'll do:
- Run consultation and pre-session sales calls: guide clients toward a collection and set up their payment plans
- Handle client payment and card information, and manage payment plans, including following up on overdue payments
- Conduct virtual sales reveal of final images and ordering appointments, and place client product orders
- Manage all client communication
- Monitor our booking and CRM systems
- Pull weekly and monthly revenue reports
- General administrative support and errands for the owner
Excellent computer skills and basic social media skills are a must.
During your remote hours you'll be on client calls, so a quiet, fully distraction-free environment is required. This role requires consistent, uninterrupted availability during all scheduled hours.
Hours are 9am–3:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays in our Spokane, WA studio, plus a few remote hours, with the potential to grow to full time. Occasional weekend and evening hours, 2–3 times per year, for vendor shows and in-person events.
