The Basil Family Dealerships is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales & Service Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle or scheduling service. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting both our Sales and Service teams.
- Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for Sales and Service departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage appointment attendance.
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the dealership CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for appointments, customer contact, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Represent the Basil Family Dealerships with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
