$1,300-$1,800/Week + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

CDL A Regional Truck Driver Job Highlights
- $1,300-$1,800 average gross weekly pay
- $5,000 sign-on bonus paid at $100 weekly
- Earn 21% of gross, increasing to 22% after 1 year and 23% after 2 years
- $1.50 per ton unloaded
- $0.22 per mile after 100 deadhead miles per load
- $20 nightly per diem plus $75 weekend-out bonus
- Regional routes primarily throughout the Southeast
- Out Monday-Friday with home most weekends
- Weekly pay and consistent, year-round freight
- Paid orientation and pneumatic trailer training provided
CDL A Regional Truck Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operate pneumatic trailers throughout the Southeast
- Load, unload, and deliver bulk materials using pneumatic equipment
- Connect hoses and unload product using air pressure
- Maintain DOT compliance while providing excellent customer service
- Lift up to 75 lbs and perform hands-on unloading duties
CDL A Regional Truck Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- 2 years of verifiable CDL experience within the last 4 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable with hands-on pneumatic trailer work
- Must provide a CB radio, hands-free headset, steel-toe boots, and basic tool kit (PPE provided by Schwend)
- Safety-focused with a strong work ethic
