We are seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Front Desk Associates for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls appropriately.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect the highest level of hospitality.
- Support guest relations by offering personalized service, including multilingual assistance when needed.
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, welcoming, and compliant with safety protocols during your shift.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in multiple languages is highly desirable; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
- Experience working during evening or overnight shifts in a resort or hotel environment is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards including guest services, phone etiquette, and resort operations will support your success.
