InterSpan Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Commercial Demolition Laborers for full-time positions with one of our commercial construction clients in the Richmond, VA area.

Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial interior and exterior demolition.
- Remove debris and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Load, unload, and move construction materials.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and supervisor instructions.
Qualifications:
- Previous demolition or construction experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Steel-toe boots required.
