Zeta Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and driven Licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our growing team in Delray Beach, Florida. Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives established by management.
- Prospect for new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, referrals, and lead generation efforts.
- Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with local business professionals and community partners.
- Stay current on new products, carriers, market trends, and industry changes.
- Build strong client relationships to maximize retention and long-term loyalty.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and prioritizing client needs.
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-up activities.
Qualifications
- Active Florida 2-15 Health and Life Insurance License required.
- 1–5 years of health insurance sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to exceed production goals.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting consultative sales conversations.
