La Grange Workwear is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Production Assistant to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of embroidered garments and accessories. Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating embroidery machines to produce detailed designs on various garments.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the embroidery process to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Maintain an organized workspace, including inventory management of supplies and finished products in the warehouse
Qualifications
- Prior experience with embroidery, sewing, graphic design is Required
- Warehouse experience is preferred, demonstrating ability to handle inventory and maintain organization
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
