Summary
We are seeking a bi-lingual Human Resources Specialist to join our team at RYMCO USA. This role is pivotal in supporting our HR functions and enhancing employee relations while contributing to our mission of maintaining high standards in product quality and customer service. The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources. This includes benefits administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, benefits and training.
Responsibilities
- Various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Assist in new employee orientation to engage new employees and assimilate them into the Company.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. May consider 6 years progressive experience in lieu of degree.
- Must be bi-lingual in English / Spanish.
- Proven experience in human resources management or generalist role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Familiarity with payroll systems is required.
