29.61 USD HourlyThe Front Desk Manager must have the ability to assist in the supervision of front desk clerks and operations including all front desk attendant functions; checking guests in and out, reservations, and switchboard. Must have strong customer services skills and ensure excellent guest service is provided. This position reports to the General Manager or the Assistant General Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide administrative, reception, and program support to management, staff, and guests.
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
Clerical skills including typing, filing, machine operations, cash register operation, and maintenance of records.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the unit. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently , or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 15 lbs. regularly, 20-30 lbs. frequently , and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
