The Marketing Project Manager / Operations role is responsible for overseeing marketing workflow execution, launch timelines, and cross-team coordination across all marketing services.
This position ensures campaigns, website builds, Paige setup, HighLevel onboarding, and related marketing deliverables move efficiently from sale to fulfillment while maintaining quality and communication standards.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing department and works closely with leadership to improve turnaround times, reduce bottlenecks, and maintain consistent execution across teams.
This position is required to work in-office to support real-time collaboration, communication, accountability, and operational efficiency across departments.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee project timelines and operational workflow across marketing teams
Coordinate launch execution between SEO, Paid Media, HighLevel, Web Development, and Internal Marketing
Manage onboarding and deployment processes for Paige customers
Track campaign, website, and onboarding progress from sale to fulfillment
Identify workflow bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency
Maintain launch speed and quality control standards
Ensure tasks are assigned, communicated, and completed on schedule
Work directly with leadership to prioritize projects and operational initiatives
Support process development and documentation for scalable fulfillment operations
Assist with internal communication and cross-department coordination
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Strong communication and follow-through
Ability to identify inefficiencies and improve workflow processes
Comfortable working across technical and marketing-focused teams
Ability to operate independently and maintain accountability
Experience with marketing operations, onboarding workflows, or project management preferred
