Pay: $17.50-$19/hour; shift differential for off-shift hours
Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift = Monday-Friday, 3 pm - 11 pm
- 3rd Shift = Sunday-Thursday, 11 pm - 7 am

What You'll Do
As a manufacturing support/machine helper, you'll play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly by supplying materials, supporting machines, and maintaining organization in the work area.
- Move and stage raw materials at weatherstripping machines
- Supply machines with needed materials to support continuous production
- Collect, sort, and transport rework material
- Use electric pallet jacks (training provided- no forklift use required)
- Maintain good housekeeping in raw material and production areas
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Support operators and supervisors with additional tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic communication and organization skills
- Manufacturing or material handling experience is helpful, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow into more technical roles
Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a louder production environment
