Casper, WY | $105,000–$130,000 + Bonus + Profit Sharing

An established commercial general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client communication, and overall project execution while partnering closely with field leadership to deliver high-quality projects safely and on schedule.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial performance
- Lead communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure project milestones are achieved
- Partner with Superintendents to successfully execute projects
- Conduct project meetings, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships
- Review project documentation, contracts, and reporting
- Support business development efforts and build long-term client relationships
- 2+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- Project Engineers or Assistant Superintendents ready to step into a PM role are encouraged to apply
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client management skills
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Fieldwire, or similar construction software
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Team-first mentality with a collaborative, no-ego approach
- Commercial construction projects
- Municipal, healthcare, aviation, or occupied renovation experience
- Ground-up construction
- Precast concrete experience is a plus
