We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop tailored physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Evaluate patients through history, assessment, and goal-setting.
- Design and implement customized treatment plans focused on recovery and functional independence.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with a strong emphasis on education and engagement.
- Collaborate with directors, aides, and coordinators to ensure seamless patient care.
- Accurately document progress per company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in mentorship, workshops, and ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to a team culture rooted in values.
Qualifications
- Valid license or registration as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT).
- Proven experience in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and therapeutic techniques including trigger point therapy.
- Experience with discharge planning and creating effective care plans for diverse patient populations including geriatrics and pediatrics.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
- Excellent communication skills to educate patients effectively and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently in various settings such as hospital wards, outpatient clinics, or community homes.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
