Job Summary

Duties

- Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality standards across all outlets.
- Manage inventory control and food cost analysis to optimize procurement and minimize waste without compromising quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to plan and execute large-scale events with precision.
- Implement training programs focused on culinary techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence.
Experience
- Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in restaurant management and food service operations.
- Extensive banquet experience with the ability to oversee large-scale catering events efficiently.
- Supervising experience leading diverse culinary teams within high-volume environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in dietary department management and specialized food handling procedures.
- Strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management with a focus on innovation and quality control.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, food safety protocols, and hospitality standards.
- Previous roles involving shift management, food service management, and restaurant experience are highly desirable. Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
